Your book only: follow-ups due, today's appointments, customers past their reorder rhythm, and your open deals. Start the Work Queue to be served one customer at a time — outcome buttons log the touch and set the next follow-up automatically. If nothing is assigned to you yet, the queue falls back to the whole cohort.

How this works
Touches come from the shared outreach log (every logged call, email, DM). Outcomes show what those touches produced. Won deals come off the pipeline board. Overdue counts each rep's assigned customers whose follow-up date has passed. Goals are set per month — admins edit them right on this table.

How this works
Live Pro cohort from the Customer Health sync (no separate database). VIP = Champions and Can't Lose Them segments. Follow-up due = a follow-up date that has arrived. Dormant = no order in over a year. Leads = manual prospects you add with + New lead, tracked here until they become real customers. Click any card for the full profile.

How this works
Every deal you're working, in five stages: Lead → Contacted → Quote → Won / Lost. Use the arrows on a card to move it, or mark it Won/Lost. Value and rep live on each card; the totals update as deals move. Deals save permanently and drive the Analytics funnel and rep leaderboard.
How this works
One shared history for the whole team — the same log Customer Health writes to, so Gmail sends from either page land here automatically. Log calls, DMs and in-person touches with Log interaction. Templates copy to your clipboard. The follow-up queue is every customer with a follow-up date, soonest first.

Calls, video consults, visits and class slots — anything with a time. Month grid plus an upcoming list; check an appointment off when it's done. Scheduling here does not send invites — it's the team's shared book.

How this works
Due for reorder = buyers with 3+ orders whose gap since their last order has beaten their own average reorder rhythm by 25% or more — the most time-sensitive calls in the building. Revenue bars come from the synced order history (36-month window).

How this works
Pipeline numbers come from the deals board. Revenue and LTV come from the synced Shopify order history. The source split shows which Pro signal each customer carries. Win rate counts only closed deals.

How this CRM works
Everything here is live data. Customers come from the same Shopify sync that powers Customer Health. Deals, appointments, leads and every logged touch save permanently to the dashboard database.
The pieces
Customers — the live Pro cohort (synced continuously) plus your manual leads. Cards show segment, RFM, LTV, rep, open deals and next appointment.
Profile — full 36-month order history, Klaviyo engagement, tags, notes and outreach, plus this customer's deals, appointments and rep assignment.
Pipeline — the deals board. Lead → Contacted → Quote → Won / Lost. Feeds the analytics funnel and leaderboard.
Communications — the shared outreach log (same one Customer Health writes), message templates, and the follow-up queue.
Appointments — the team's shared book: calls, video consults, visits and classes.
Orders & Reorders — who's past their personal reorder rhythm, and cohort revenue by month.
Analytics — pipeline value, win rate, rep performance, revenue and LTV by segment.
Where things save
Deals, appointments, leads and rep assignments live in the dashboard's own database (crm.db). Outreach and notes share Customer Health's log so the two pages never disagree. Nothing here writes to Shopify.
