1 · Recipients. Search customers by name/email, or pull a whole Shopify segment (e.g. Black Card members). Everyone needs a shipping address on file — people without one can't be added. 2 · The box. Search and click products to add them. Load a saved box to skip the searching (and save any box you build for next time). "Custom item" is for things we bought outside Shopify (engraving, UGGs) — enter what we paid. If one person's box differs (her hair colors), hit Customize box on her card. 3 · Details. Pick why we're sending: Content = we hope they post (judged on posts, not purchases) · Growth = we hope they buy / buy more (judged on spend after vs before) · Gift = pure thank-you, no expectations. Tiers describe who they are: T1 = new client (never or barely purchased) · T2 = standout (posts about us / notable) · T3 = established / everyone else. Campaign groups the send for reporting — pick an existing one or type a new tag like PR-FANSE-2026-08. The exact tags each order will get are previewed above the place button. Gift notes: write one note for everyone in the note box, or personalize per person with the ✎ note button on their card. The note lands on the Shopify order's Notes, where packing reads it to hand-write the physical card. Notifications: almost every PR send is silent — recipients get no emails, and the "send shipment details" box stays unchecked at label purchase. Exception: LOH Artists — they plan content around arrival, so their orders show a 📧 notify at label flag: check the notify box when buying their labels. Any campaign can be switched in the Campaigns registry. What happens on place: one $0 order per person, tagged, their "spend before" snapshotted, inventory decremented. Labels are bought later from Orders (keep notifications off). Scissors, memberships and classes are blocked from PR orders.

For influencers and creators not in the system yet. They get a branded intro with a short form (name, email, IG, address). Submissions land in Shopify tagged PR-SEED + PR-INTAKE with the address pre-confirmed, you get an email alert, and they show up in Search people ready for a box. The link uses the campaign picked in step 3.
No one added yet — search above, or pull a segment.

Preview validates every row with no writes. Rows already in the campaign are skipped automatically, so re-running a corrected file is safe.
LOH Artist Program
Hair monthly in exchange for posts (content). Roster = customers tagged LOH-ARTIST — add/remove the tag in Shopify admin or ask Dege. Received vs posted is the program's scoreboard; YTD value feeds the 1099 question.
Campaigns
Each campaign scored on what it cost vs what came back. Name and describe them for the team; "notify" emails recipients their order + tracking (default: only LOH Artists).
Tax & accounting
Per-recipient year totals for the CPA: product cost + shipping (deduction / CA use-tax base), retail FMV (barter & 1099 analysis), gift-category totals ($25/person cap), ship-to state. The month-end close email carries the journal entry + CA use-tax worksheet.
