How your commission works
You own a customer from the moment you're the first rep on their Sales-inbox conversation. Brand-new customers earn you 10% of every order; customers who had bought before earn 3% — and your rate is locked in from that first touch, on every future order, as long as you keep the relationship warm. Orders are matched automatically every hour; nothing to submit. The leaderboard shows earned totals only — your line items are yours alone.
How your commission works: when a customer you bring in through the Sales inbox places an order, you earn automatically.
New customer (never purchased before) = 10%.
Customer who had already purchased = 3%.
Your rate is locked to each customer for as long as you keep in touch with them. Keep your conversations going in the Sales Inbox.
